Global Chief Strategy Officer
Sarah leads Essence’s overall strategy for growth, including the development of offers and capabilities and the agency’s overall positioning. She works with our most senior clients to ensure that Essence’s offer and strategy is aligned to their growth objectives.
She has previously led several of Essence’s practices including global business planning and media planning in EMEA. Before Essence she led the development of global solutions at Kantar, and worked in media and creative agencies in Europe, North America and Africa. She holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Cambridge.
