In her role as Vice President, Strategy at Essence, Erica passionate about strategies that enable bold ideas - which most often come from human insights rooted in culture.
With 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, Erica has worked with clients including General Motors, Samsung, Hasbro, Coca-Cola, and Google.
Prior to Essence, Erica served as VP, Group Director for Strategy at UM Worldwide, as Global Strategy Director at OMD Worldwide, and in leadership roles at Starcom. She is a firm believer in collaboration with clients, agency partners, and internal teams in order to produce the best work.
Erica received an MA in Advertising from Michigan State University and a BA in International Economy and Trade from Beijing Normal University.
