A marketing analytics and product management leader for over two decades, Anant has deep experience leading both agency and client teams working across the retail, technology, and CPG industries where he has a long record of building high-performing teams and infrastructure to deliver ROI. His skills and experience make him uniquely adept at identifying the key drivers of customer behavior, brand strength, and marketing.

Prior to Essence, Anant ran analytics for where he was head of Business Intelligence and Analytics. He has also served in leadership roles at Starcom MediaVest Group, UM Worldwide, Yahoo!, Microsoft, and Unilever.
