About the role
The Media Activation team is responsible for providing thoughtful and exciting recommendations for Social, Performance, and Video, owning supplier relationships and then executing those recommendations expertly. The Media Activation team leverages their mastery of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized.
The Social Performance Activation team is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid media activity, employing strong platform knowledge & supplier relationships to deliver flawless testing, optimization, and analysis. You will also work closely with your client lead (and the associate director of social activation), to deliver world-class social programs which exceed our client’s expectations. You will have ownership of performance goals which will be aligned to client business.
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
Deliver in depth analysis to understand performance beyond top line metrics
Take the initial campaign brief and be responsible for the creation of best in class, practical, accountable plans for delivering the business value our clients are seeking.
Be responsible for the development of clear plans and presentations to clients, internal agency teams and client servicing department detailing how a client’s objectives are to be met through performance channels.
Plan, launch and optimize media channels within a media campaign
Responsible for owning publisher relationships, publisher RFPs and RFP scorecards
Support end of month/quarter campaign wrap-ups
Regularly contribute to media best practices and campaign processes
Develop and execute rigorous testing plans
Craft actionable insights for weekly and quarterly reports
Tactically plan and oversee all reservation display and video launches and QA within a media campaign
Meet Performance targets of the client on daily/weekly or monthly basis.
Oversee the monitoring of daily delivery and perform ensure regular optimisation of all campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages, etc) based on agreed campaign KPIs
Support executives / interns / partners to ensure regular reporting to clients is delivered according to schedule, working in partnership with our operations team. All reports are to be timely, accurate, literate and insightful.
A bit about yourself:
Preferably at least 5-8 years agency-side working on Paid Social campaigns across; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, LinkedIn
A Facebook blueprint certification.
Should have good experience in handling big budget social campaign projects
Should have worked/working with performance agency.
Should have hands-on experience in performance campaigns with successful outcomes.
Degree from a top-tier College, 3.0 GPA or equivalent (preferably numerical)
High attention to detail with an understanding of optimization levers across biddable platforms
A self-motivated individual who is well organized and client focused with strong presentation and negotiation skills
