As the official partner of Women to Watch, Essence is proud to co-host Diversity Talks 2021 with Campaign Asia-Pacific. Held virtually on Wednesday 30 June from 10am to 12:30pm Singapore time, this event will focus on three key themes: mentorship, allyship and intersectionality.

In the first session, hear from Essence's Global CEO Kyoko Matsushita and three Women to Watch winners in a candid conversation about lifting women up the leadership ladder, facilitated by Campaign Asia-Pacific.

The second session will delve into allyship and the power of speaking up with Essence's APAC CEO T. Gangadhar and Google's Sapna Chadha in a fireside chat moderated by Campaign Asia-Pacific.

In the third and final session, Essence's Monica Bhatia (Senior Vice President, Client Partner, APAC and Managing Director, Singapore) will discuss why intersectionality is key to diversity in the workplace with filmmaker and human rights advocate Christopher Khor, moderated by Campaign Asia-Pacific.
