Simeon is a strategic thinker with more than 20 years’ experience leading marketing, economics and health analytics. In his role as Global Head of Strategy & Analytics at Essence, Simeon continuously looks for new ways to innovate and introduce analytical thinking into day-to-day practices across the business, in order to transform and cultivate growth.

Specialising in media and marketing effectiveness and economics, Simeon is an expert in the application of econometrics to drive decision-making, growing a consultancy business through innovation and partnerships, as well as strategic investments.

Prior to joining Essence in 2017, Simeon headed up several global analytics and strategic departments at leading agency groups, including GroupM, Mindshare, Ogilvy & Mather, as well as advised on health economics for the UK government’s Department of Health.
