Head of Ad Operations, APAC
In his role as VP, Media Operations, for APAC, Shane is responsible for the enablement of ad technology and the integration of data systems for the ad serving platforms of Essence's clients. He is charged with ensuring campaign success, from onboarding, to campaign architecture and results measurement. His efforts focus on improving data measurement, privacy solutions and brand safety technologies.
Previously in the Ad Operations team in Essence’s London office, he moved to Singapore to establish the current Ad Operations team for the APAC region. Prior to Essence, Shane made his foray into ad operations with News Digital Media at Sydney. With over a decade of experience, his expertise in ad technology, troubleshooting, and solutions development is complemented by an aptitude for team training and building.
