Senior Director, Experience Strategy APAC
Based out of Jakarta, Richard is Senior Director, Experience Strategy APAC at Essence where he translates big data into actionable marketing strategies to accomplish business objectives.
Prior to joining Essence in 2019, Richard oversaw MSL's digital practice in Vietnam and served as Director, Strategy and Insights for Mirum. He has also worked as a Global Account Director for Wunderman in Seattle and Beijing and began his career with roles at Young & Rubicam and Eddie Bauer.
Richard holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington and studied Fashion Merchandise Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
