In his role as Chief of Product Operations Richard sits at the nexus of Essence’s various practices across Media, Analytics, Technology & Experience. He’s tasked with overseeing the continual improvement of the practices’ capabilities, working with client leaders to ensure cross-practice teams are set up to successfully meet client needs and leading the implementation & evolution of the agency’s operating model to drive gains in operational efficiency & effectiveness.
Richard was a founding member of Essence in 2005 and has had the opportunity to apply his business and operational acumen to every stage of the agency’s successful growth. Before Essence, Richard worked client-side in analytics at a leading retail bank, and before that as a consultant in a global business consulting firm.
