About the role

The Digital Planner role offers a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take full responsibility for the development and successful implementation of digital campaigns, which extend from TV campaigns, across a wide variety of innovative and market leading client / brands.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • Responsible for execution of digital programs and interacting with client daily

  • Create detailed campaign plans/schedules for client review and authorization

  • Steward all digital campaigns

  • Resolve billing discrepancies

  • Provide post analysis of campaigns including quarterly recap for client

  • Involvement in higher level brain storm sessions led by TV team and negotiations

  • Involved in presentation to client for approval

  • Involved in brand meetings to download appropriate vendors

  • Work with vendors and clients to create research programs to prove out the larger campaigns and presentations of results to the client

  • Create campaign performance reports for client submission

  • Enter buys into system and oversee delivery of Insertion Orders to vendors

  • Allocate brand budgets to determine creative rotations on vendor sites

  • Interact with creative agency to track down assets for creative development

  • Trafficking and tagging of creative

A bit about yourself:

  • Desire to learn, develop, and progress
  • Proven record of digital planning and buying experience

  • Proven record of digital successful and accurate campaign implementation and management

  • Experience of managing significant annual online budgets

  • Experience and understanding of industry research and planning tools (Comscore, Compete, MRI, Hitwise etc.)

  • Working knowledge of industry trafficking and reporting tools (Dart, Atlas, and MediaMind etc.)

  • Ability to confidently and clearly present work to the client, verbally and in document form

  • A desire to understand the broader media landscape and its impact on digital campaigns and strategies
