About the role:

We have developed a dedicated team that is a center of excellence for creative testing and research for the Google account globally. You will be responsible for defining the work-stream road-map, identifying and executing research, evaluating new methodologies and evangelizing the work of the team throughout the organization and with clients

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • Identify and pilot industry-defining solutions in creative testing and research
  • Own and drive forward strategic learning agenda with global client partners
  • Provide thought-leadership and push the boundaries in research innovation
  • Design and execute meta-analyses to identify new creative best practices
  • Deliver best-in-class market research capabilities for the agency
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams, clients, vendors and create visibility for work-stream
  • Create and deploy new processes and programs, taking ownership of global roll out

A bit about yourself:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in quantitative market research
  • Confident and articulate; at ease interacting with senior clients and influencing stakeholders
  • Expert understanding of survey development best practices and experimental design
  • Strong project management skills; understanding of how to get projects done efficiently
  • Excellent at presenting in an engaging and insightful manner
  • Ability to influence others through strong negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; past experience building out a new capability preferred
  • Experience managing a team with the ability to delegate and mentor effectively required
  • Experience in advertising and digital media required
  • Experience with data science techniques in Python or R strongly preferred
  • Exposure to machine learning techniques a plus
